Wow, my time at Kibbutz Ketura was truly amazing. Everyone was kind and helpful. Everything I needed was available and the entire facility was clean and well taken cared of. If you are interested in getting to know the Kibbuz lifestyle, then Kibbuz Ketura is the place to go.
\nThe guesthouse is located directly within the Kibbutz. Breakfast and optionally dinner are served in the communal dining hall with all the other Kibbutz members. Additionally there is a coffee shop near the guest houses offering plenty of snacks and drinks plus they sell the Kibbuz\u2019s own beer.
\nIn our short 1 night stay we went hiking around the compound, used the pool and took part in the extremely informative tour about Kibbutz Ketura (Thank you Max!).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/article><\/div>

The Keren Kolot Educational Foundation was founded following Kibbutz Ketura receiving the Israel Speaker of the Knesset Award in 1987 in recognition of its achievement in co-existence between religiously observant and non-observant Jews. \u00a0<\/p>

It has since expanded to become a major force in innovative educational programming, hosting some 6,000 people a year in many programs lasting from a half-day to three months. Keren Kolot\u2019s dedicated staff facilitates open ended, \u201chands-on\u201d encounters with textual material while utilizing the desert environment. The staff often creates new activities and programs to suit the needs of individual clients.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
